Tiger Shroff sells his Khar apartment for 9 crore following recent firing incident

Bollywood star Tiger Shroff has officially parted ways with his luxury apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, selling the property for ₹9 crore.

Bollywood star Tiger Shroff has officially parted ways with his luxury apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, selling the property for ₹9 crore. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, just four days after a startling firing incident occurred at his residence. Located on the ninth floor of the Rustomjee Paramount Co-operative Housing Society, the unit spans a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet with an additional 95.80 square feet of exclusive space and two covered parking slots. The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹54 lakh for the deal, which saw Shroff walk away with a profit of roughly ₹1.39 crore, having originally purchased the home for ₹7.61 crore in 2018. This deal marks the third property sale for the actor within the past year.

The sale coincides with an intense ongoing investigation by the Mumbai Crime Branch into the October 18, 2026, attack. Shroff, who suffered minor injuries from broken glass and gunpowder burns, officially provided his statement to the police one week after the event. In his account, the actor expressed deep shock, stating he has no personal enemies and remains confused regarding the motive behind the violence. The incident also left his driver, Firdaus, and a vlogger named Umesh Chauhan injured.

Authorities have made significant headway in the case, arresting 11 individuals, with the latest suspect apprehended in Indore. On October 23, the Crime Branch recovered two pistols and ten live cartridges in Surat, which are now undergoing forensic and ballistic testing. Investigators are actively probing potential links to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack. Police are currently building a case to invoke the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), as evidence suggests the suspects were receiving real-time instructions from handlers to evade capture. While real estate experts note that high-value transactions usually take weeks to close, the timing of this registration has inevitably drawn significant public attention amidst the actor’s ongoing security crisis.
