Concerned fans gathered outside Tiger Shroff’s Mumbai residence on Sunday evening, bringing flowers and showing their support following a terrifying firing incident. The attack occurred around 7 pm as the Bollywood star was departing from a football club in Juhu. While Tiger Shroff managed to escape the situation without direct gunshot injuries, his driver was unfortunately wounded during the shooting.
The swift police response led to the capture of three suspects, identified as Rehan alias Sukka from Haryana, Hritik Kurmi alias Roshan from Bihar, and a minor. Kota Superintendent of Police Tejaswani Gautam confirmed that the suspects were apprehended while attempting to flee on the Pune-Jaipur Express. Authorities strategically covered exit points and platforms after receiving information at 9:45 am, successfully intercepting the trio before they could escape further.
Preliminary investigations suggest a deeper criminal connection, with officials noting that one of the accused works as a Rapido rider. Furthermore, Kota police revealed that Rehan had been in contact with Anil Pandit, an individual linked to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The Mumbai Police have since taken custody of the accused to begin detailed interrogations.
A formal case has been registered against the suspects under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, alongside Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act. As the investigation continues, authorities are working to uncover the full scope of the conspiracy behind the attack on the actor’s vehicle.
