The streets of Bandra turned into a sea of fans today as admirers from across the country flocked to Mannat to celebrate Shah Rukh Khan’s 61st birthday.

The streets of Bandra turned into a sea of fans today as admirers from across the country flocked to Mannat to celebrate Shah Rukh Khan’s 61st birthday. From Kolkata to Nanded, devoted followers traveled hundreds of kilometers just to catch a glimpse of the superstar, with many striking his iconic arms-wide-open pose outside his residence. The atmosphere was electric, as fans cheered and shared their excitement, with one admirer quipping, “Bahut excited hain. Bete ko haath lagane se pehle baap se baat kar le,” while others excitedly discussed their favorite SRK hits like Jhoome Jo Pathaan. To manage the massive turnout, the Mumbai Police have tightened security around the bungalow, keeping a close watch on the crowd and vehicle flow.

Adding to the birthday festivities, the makers of his upcoming film King treated fans to a special surprise by dropping the film’s first song, Tu Mil Jaaye. The track, which features the electric chemistry between Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone, is a star-studded affair featuring vocals from Arijit Singh and Madhubanti Bagchi, with an English rap written by global pop sensation Ed Sheeran. Composed by Sachin-Jigar, the song offers an intriguing peek into the world of the film, shifting from romantic beachside cafe scenes to the darker reality of the character’s involvement in illegal smuggling.

The music video also showcases the superstar’s signature intensity, punctuated by gripping dialogues like, “Main qaatil nahi, aashiq hoon, aur nishana meri mashooka, aur woh aashiq hi kya jo dil cheer na de.” Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, the film promises a blend of slick transitions and high-octane action. As the video concludes with the ominous line, “Iss baar dil mein aag lagi hai, ab duniya jalaye bina manega nahi,” the anticipation for King, set for a worldwide release on December 24, 2026, has reached an all-time high.
