After tying the knot in a private, intimate ceremony in West Wales on July 16, the couple recently hosted a vibrant celebration in Goa for their close friends from the film and television industry. Actor Karan Wahi, a long-time friend of the bride, took to social media to share glimpses of the fun-filled gathering, giving fans a front-row seat to the festivities.
The Goa bash was a star-studded affair with several familiar faces in attendance, including Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, Mandira Bedi, Shabir Ahluwalia, Harleen Sethi, and Ashish Chowdhury. The event was defined by a relaxed atmosphere, featuring plenty of music, dance, and candid moments. In one of the clips shared by Wahi, the newlyweds were seen dancing together in traditional attire, with Jennifer looking radiant in a pink bandhani lehenga paired with a deep purple embroidered blouse and polki jewellery. William complemented her look perfectly in an ice-blue kurta set.
Karan Wahi, who has shared a deep bond with Jennifer since their days on the hit show Dill Mill Gayye and their recent reunion in Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, didn’t hold back on the sentiment. Sharing a heartfelt note on Sunday, Wahi wrote, “Dearest Jen & Will, to the new chapter of your life. The happiness and peace it gives me to see JEN is unparalleled. I pray that you’re always blessed and loved. Heart is so FULL. We LOVE U Jenno.” He also lightened the mood during the party by joking about Jennifer’s journey, calling her a “typical Bollywood heroine” whose love story has finally culminated in a grand celebration.
