Sinha reserved special praise for the late Dilip Kumar, whom he worked with in the classic film Kranti. Describing the screen icon as an institution, Sinha expressed how lucky he felt to have earned the legend’s guidance and genuine affection. He noted that while he learned his craft at the Film and Television Institute of India, he always looked toward Dilip Sahab as the ultimate master of the art form, calling him the pride and glory of the industry.

Beyond his admiration for Dilip Kumar, the veteran actor highlighted the importance of long-standing friendships within the film fraternity. Sinha pointed to filmmaker Subhash Ghai as a pillar of support, describing him as a family friend who has been by his side since his early days in the industry. He also shared warm memories of other industry giants, including Dharmendra and Manoj Kumar, whom he referred to as wonderful human beings who remained close to him throughout his journey. The actor reminisced about his professional collaborations with them, from sharing the screen with Dharmendra in films like Loha to working alongside Manoj Kumar in Kranti.

During the conversation, which took place at the launch of the book Toxic: Stories, Science, and Remedies for a Cleaner Mind, Body and Spirit, Sinha shared a personal anecdote about how Manoj Kumar once introduced him to Dr. Mukesh Batra. Emphasizing the value of a balanced life, the actor also shared his personal wellness mantra, highlighting how yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises are essential for managing stress. Known for his signature baritone and powerful screen presence, the actor, who has transitioned from a celebrated film career to a significant role in politics, reminded fans that keeping good company is just as vital as maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
