The excitement surrounding Nitesh Tiwari’s magnum opus, Ramayana: Part 1, has officially reached global heights.

The excitement surrounding Nitesh Tiwari’s magnum opus, Ramayana: Part 1, has officially reached global heights. The film’s lead stars, Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, were spotted at the prestigious David Geffen Theatre inside the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles for a star-studded premiere event. The cast was joined by director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra, with the team posing for photos and soaking in the buzz alongside several Hollywood dignitaries.

Ranbir Kapoor turned heads in a sharp, silver bandhgala suit paired with black trousers, while Sai Pallavi opted for an elegant pink saree that radiated grace. Yash, who attended the premiere accompanied by his wife, looked every bit the powerhouse performer. The ensemble cast for this ambitious project also includes Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, setting the stage for what promises to be a visual spectacle.

Produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios in collaboration with the eight-time Oscar-winning DNEG and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, the film is being envisioned as a massive two-part epic. Fans can mark their calendars for the worldwide release of Part 1 on November 5, 2026, with the second installment set to arrive during Diwali 2027. The project will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, and will be presented in IMAX to ensure a grand cinematic experience.

Distribution for this highly anticipated film is being handled by Sony Pictures on a global scale, excluding India. Within the Indian market, Dharma Productions will take charge of the distribution for the Hindi-speaking regions. As the team continues to build momentum from Los Angeles, the industry and fans alike are eagerly awaiting more updates on this landmark cinematic journey.
