The award celebrates Dr. Mishra’s impactful work as a social reformer and his literary success, most notably his bestseller Train Your Brain to Win.
Building on this momentum, Dr. Mishra is now preparing for the launch of his latest literary project focused on Mahadev. The book, which explores Lord Shiva through a modern narrative, is set for an official unveiling next month at the Taj Mumbai, with acclaimed author Chetan Bhagat scheduled to do the honours. This project holds deep personal significance for the author, whose family roots in Mithila are intertwined with a long-standing devotion to Lord Shiva, a connection that also led him to construct the Gangdhareshwar Mahadev Temple in Darbhanga.
The excitement doesn’t stop at the bookshelf. Dr. Mishra has confirmed that the upcoming book is being eyed for a Bollywood adaptation. Filmmaker Ravi Raj Murmu, fresh off his win for Best Debut Film Director at the 72nd National Film Awards for his short film Angen, is set to helm the cinematic project. The film aims to translate the characters and spiritual philosophy of Dr. Mishra’s book onto the big screen. For Dr. Mishra, this transition represents a broader mission to bridge the gap between ancient spiritual values and contemporary life, using literature and cinema to reach a wider audience.
